For beginners — "the forge clones the repo, and shows me the run"
Two small things got wired up.
1. The forge can now grab a repo by itself. Before, you had to hand the server a folder it already had. Now you can just tell it a git address and it goes and clones it — over SSH, using its own deploy key:
dwarves repo add git@codeberg.org:nordisk/demo.git --server http://127.0.0.1:7900
It says ✓ registered (cloned … @ <sha>) — pipeline 'demo-ci'. Only git@… (SSH) addresses work; an https://… address is refused on purpose (the forge only uses its SSH key). If you leave off --server, your own machine clones it instead.
2. The demo's "Pipeline" tab now shows a REAL run. It used to show a made-up picture (some steps "running", some "done") that never came from an actual build. Now it actually runs the little build pipeline and draws what really happened: all the steps finished, so all the boxes are green. Same drawing, real data. If you plug in the real builder later, the same tab shows a real cargo build — nothing else changes.
Why it matters: no more fake numbers. What you see is what the forge really did.
