[package]
name = "nornir-poll-cadence"
version = "0.1.0"
edition = "2024"
description = "The pure, chrono-only poll-cadence gate for the nordisk constellation's monitored-workspace sweep (bug #10). Parses a `\"60s\"`/`\"5m\"`/`\"2h\"`/bare-seconds cadence string, folds RFC-3339 member stamps into the latest sync time, and decides whether a workspace is due for a git fetch on this tick — clock-injected, registry-free, fully testable. Extracted from nornir::monitor per the shrink plan so the schedule can be reused by both the nornir server sweep and the dwarves scheduler."
