This file exists so git can carry an empty directory.

If you are reading this at /data/.keep on a booted gunnar appliance: /data is
the appliance's data root, shipped deliberately EMPTY — gunnar builds its whole
store from nothing on first use (`namespace create` writes control.git and
repos/ under here). The build declaration this tree feeds is
.nornir/build-variants.toml, [[build.iso]] gunnar-appliance-iso.
