gunnar-recipe
gunnar's build thing: which atoms (gunnar-server, gunnar-cli, gunnar-ui, gunnar-front) can be assembled into which delivery columns (exe, container, iso-installer, iso-live, rpm), as typed Rust rather than a build-time-checked TOML.
Both ways: every cargo row is a cargo install line
Each Build Thing row that compiles a binary builds exactly what this line builds in a clone of gunnar: the same crates and the row's binary (gunnar_recipe::twins::TWINS, measured by cargo xtask twins in cargo xtask ci). Every line but the four gunnar-front ones and gunnar-ui works in a lone clone (crates.io only); the front is a detached workspace that needs the estate checkout (its siblings beside the clone), and the console's crate is the gunnar-ui checkout's. The first three rows are Gunnar's three products, each cargo install <crate> with the crate's defaults (lane GUN-PRODUCTS, 2026-10-30); the rest are the estate's builds. cargo xtask build --suite MVP --list prints every row.
