release/docs-nornir.toml
# docs-nornir.toml, gunnar's own docs config.
#
# NOT named `nornir.toml`, and the name is load-bearing. `dwarves workspace-release`
# discovers a constellation from `release/nornir.toml` `[repo.<name>]`, so this file
# was read as a release descriptor and every run fail-stopped before it began:
#
# workspace-release: descriptor ./release/nornir.toml resolved 0
# present member repo(s) (missing: gunnar)
#
# It looked for a member repo named `gunnar` *under* gunnar. Renaming the file is
# the whole fix; gunnar is a single repo and has no constellation to describe.
#
# gunnar lives under vetra-automation, not nordisk, so it does NOT register itself
# in workspace_nordisk/release/nornir.toml. That file is the nordisk catalogue and
# is shared across the nordisk constellation; adding a vetra repo to it would couple the two
# trees for nothing. `nornir docs render` takes `--config`, so gunnar carries its
# own here and stays self-contained.
#
# Usage (from the repo root):
#
# nornir docs render gunnar --config release/docs-nornir.toml --markdown-only
#
# `--markdown-only` regenerates README.md from .nornir/README.md and nothing else.
# No depgraph SVG, no book PDF. That is what a pre-commit should run: cheap and
# deterministic.
#
# ⚠ Do NOT run `nornir docs book`. It hangs. Use `nornir docs export` when a PDF is
# actually wanted.
#
# workspace_root resolves from this file's parent, so [repo.gunnar] maps to this
# checkout.
