holger repo cleanup — 2026-09-15

Three repos were in play:

Merge order: holger cleanup/holger-dedup → then edda cleanup/drop-buildspec-holger (holger main still dev-depends on the edda crate until the first merge).

Not done

egui → holger-egui. server/ui (16.5k lines, 13 test files) is referenced from mannequin, xtask (3 tests), errcode and the build thing's UI rules and matrix; its four ui-* variants would leave holger's recipe for the new repo's own build thing. Needs a new repository — where and under what name is Rickard's call.
Repos/Browse view written twice (facett-holger and server/ui's own tabs): belongs to the egui move.
Pre-existing reds (same on origin/main ed4e988): the feature axis refuses skidbladnir <unlocked> (7 matrix tests + 2 oracle tests); the build surface counts 16 rows where its test expects 18.
holger-ui trunk build stays a process spawn (trunk has no library API) — the one named exception in its xtask.
