Estate health words that need no action
repositories_wanted (server/lib/src/fleet_box.rs) names a repository that a paid signup made and that this start does not serve yet. Since lane M4b a made repository is served at once, so the word does not appear. It remains only when the repository is shaped like a template that the live route table cannot serve, because its read gate or its upstreams are wired at a start.
Nothing acts on the word: monetize has no reader of it, and no order follows from it. The repository is kept in fleet/sold-repositories.json. The box's next start, for any reason (an UpdateEstate from the ONE box, a recharge or a reboot), serves it, and the word clears. The proof is server/lib/tests/repositories_wanted_clears_at_the_next_start.rs.
