//! The four-line adoption edda asked every repo in the fleet to copy
//! (`edda/crates/nornir-testmatrix/tests/this_repo_has_no_silenced_tests.rs`).
//! Measured here on 2026-08-22 before it existed, on oden: a plain
//! `cargo test -p korp-collectors` ran **112 lib tests and NINE test binaries that
//! reported `running 0 tests`**, while `--features osm-daemon` ran **241** — so 129
//! lib tests, the whole tile daemon and the whole post-condition suite it decides
//! ONLINE with (8 538 lines of source), were compiled by nothing anybody runs by
//! default (stinky `korpdep-8`).

//! One of those nine was worse than dark: `tests/collectors_osm.rs` had not COMPILED
//! since 2026-08-13, when the `region` module was deleted and its `use` line was not.
//! A target that cannot build looks exactly like a target with no tests in it, which
//! is why this is a guard and not a habit.
