Breaking (cargo semver-checks: Output.assembly and Ledger.native are new fields of structs a caller can build; Output is no longer UnwindSafe).

• The binary reader is built: the native graph of the artifact and its DT_NEEDED libraries comes from the binary graph (nornir-mimir-bin 0.1.0, graph_of with follow_needed), joined to the source stream by exact linker identity only. Output.assembly holds the native blocks (code_asm), write() adds <program>.binary.asm.arrow, and Ledger.native keeps the binary graph's report (unresolved control flow, missing libraries, refusals).
