cargo-mimir-dump

The Mímir v2 dump tool: a rustc driver that writes the code graph of a Rust workspace (nodes, edges, spans, symbols; SCIP-moniker ids) as Arrow IPC while cargo check runs. The Mímir lenses (cargo install dwarves-lens, then cargo lens all) read the dump.

It links rustc_private, so it is built and run with ONE pinned nightly:

rustup toolchain install nightly-2026-10-05 --profile minimal --component rustc-dev,llvm-tools-preview,rust-src
cargo +nightly-2026-10-05 install --locked cargo-mimir-dump   # cargo-mimir-dump, mimir-driver, mimir-capture, mimir-super

Any other toolchain stops the install with that line. Your workspace keeps its own toolchain: cargo-mimir-dump runs the check under the pinned nightly by itself. Keep cargo-mimir-dump and mimir-driver in one directory (cargo install does).
